CHRO (Chief Humans Resources Officer), bilingual Korean

[Job Description]
– Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organizations long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.
– Identifies key performance indicators for the organizations human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organizations success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.
– Supervise HR Directors and evaluate training and development programs and Develop HR policies for all branches, countries, regions.
– Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools and Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objective.
– Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
– Provides guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assists with resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
– Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
– Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
– Drafts and implements the organizations staffing budget, and the budget for the human resource department.
– Participates in professional development and networking conferences and events and performs other duties as assigned.
– Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs and formulate career development plans.
– Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer.
– Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups.
– Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment, C&B, Emp relations, Training, HRD, Legal, litigation, EEOC, Compliance and HR marketing etc)

[Qualifications]
– Minimum 10-15 years of experience in human resources as a people leader working directly with other department VPs.
– BS. and MS. required, advanced degree in HR and business related preferred.
– Deep knowledge of legal HR compliance matters and high emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate and discuss sensitive or challenging topics.
– Proven ability to work effectively with a wide-range of stakeholders to identify resolve people-related issues.
– Able to comfortably engage with executive stakeholders, including board members and peers at other companies
– Strategic understanding of matters such as employee happiness, performance, hiring, culture transformation, and organizational development, and employer branding.
– Experience building processes for a workforce of over 300 employees.
– Extensive knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations and knowledge of and experience with human resource information systems
– Strong supervisory and leadership skills and Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with excellent verbal and written communication skill
