Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital is seeking a full time Director of Human Resources to join our team. Located in Rushville, IL, Culbertson is a 22 bed Critical Access Hospital.
We are looking for a candidate that wants to become a long-term member of our family and lead Culbertson for years to come.

Job Summary: Manages the administration of the Human Resources policies, procedures and programs. Manages the administration of the personnel policies, procedures and programs, and payroll. Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, and activities of the hospital, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and values.
Experience:
- Degree with emphasis in Human Resources or equivalent
- Two (2) years’ experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills:
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent typing and communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
