HR Analyst
This position will be the point of contact for all current HR systems and the upcoming transition to a new ATS and Onboarding system. Additionally, the HR Analyst will be a member of the HR team and is expected to participate in the daily functions of the HR department, including interviewing and hiring future employees, processing new hire paperwork, completing employee verifications and background checks, and enforcing company policies and practices. The ideal candidate is willing to pitch in on all levels to support the organization and HR initiatives.
This position is office-based.
What Do You Offer Us?
- Serve as the point of contact for all electronic processes and systems
- Partner with Parent Company HR to lead transition to new ATS and Onboarding system
- Onboard new employees
- Update and maintain employee records and data
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
- Process and maintain E-Verify and I-9 documentation
- Run reports as needed for completion of tracking metrics and reporting on an as needed basis
- Assist employees in the interpretation and administration of policies and procedures
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Facilitate the interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- All other duties as assigned

Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, onsite
- Pay Frequency: Semi-monthly
- Compensation Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience

What is Required?
- 3 years of experience in a generalist role
- Experience with iCIMS preferred
- Knowledge of the construction or other DOT regulated industry a plus
- Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to manage time effectively in order to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to handle and keep extremely sensitive information confidential
- Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people at all levels of the organization
Working Environment/Physical Demands:
General office physical demands which can include: the ability to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, bend, and walk. The ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds. The ability to sit for sustained periods of time. The ability to demonstrate the manual dexterity necessary to operate a keyboard and/or calculator.
