HR Analyst

A company is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join their Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather and analyze HR data to support business decisions

Develop and revise compensation structures and benefits packages

Monitor workforce metrics and create reports for leadership

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role Strong understanding of HR Management Systems (HRMS)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Solid understanding of HR practices including compensation and hiring
