Job Description

The HR Analyst II, Compensation is responsible for implementing and assisting in the compensation administration processes for ABS employees (Bureau, Wavesight and Group). In partnership with Compensation Management team, serves as liaison to Human Resources and management to propose, implement, and revise compensation practices and policies, and to resolve compensation-related issues on a global basis. This role is a hybrid opportunity, working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from our Global Headquarters and Mondays and Fridays remote.

What You Will Do:

  • Review new job descriptions.
  • Ensure job descriptions are in place, accurate, and up-to-date for jobs.
  • Ensure the job title is recorded in Fusion correctly and that the job description is placed into QMX.
  • Complete salary survey participation.
  • Assist the manager in the annual benchmark surveys and participates in ad hoc salary analyses throughout the year
  • Maintain survey results for the organization worldwide.
  • Perform market pricing and review of other related internal jobs.
  • Analyze and review market data.
  • Assist the manager in the annual merit process as needed.
  • Answer questions or provide additional guidance to HR Generalists on organizational philosophy, pay for performance, or system-related issues.
  • Assist the manager in the annual incentive process as needed.
  • Gather relevant market data on pay practices, programs and economic trends as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation, implementation, and distribution of global salary structures.
  • Work with HR Generalists to evaluate salaries for new hire or promotion job offers or other ad hoc adjustments as requested.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of previous related experience or a combination of education and experience may be preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and leaders from levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System

Reporting Relationships:

Reports to the Compensation Manager or higher-level position.
