Our client is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is entry – level and our client is seeking candidates who can work 3 – 6 months.

Position Overview:

The HR Assistant will support the HR department with administrative tasks such as posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing the background check process. The hours are Monday – Friday, normal business hours and fully onsite in NJ.

Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:

  • Responsible for writing job descriptions and posting ads on the job boards
  • Pull resumes, screen prospective candidates, and coordinate interviews
  • Initiate background screenings and schedule drug tests
  • Process I-9s and manage new-hire orientation

Qualifications for the HR Assistant:

  • 1 – 2 years of internship experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, specifically HR is preferred


  • Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility
