Responsibilities:

– Assist the HR Manager in candidate search and recruitment
– Analyze and select candidates based on job-specific requirements
– Source rare and highly specialized professionals using various channels (Boolean Search, X-Ray, social media, professional communities)
– Identify and utilize effective channels for talent acquisition
– Initiate contact and communicate with potential candidates, presenting job opportunities
– Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate relevance

Requirements:

– Basic understanding of AI: key principles of neural networks, core concepts (perceptron, convolution, embeddings, etc.), and knowledge of differences between existing models
– Experience in recruitment or sourcing
– Ability to find candidates through unconventional channels (forums, private groups, conferences)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– High work speed and strong attention to details
