Responsibilities

Kforce is seeking an HR Compliance Analyst for a client in Cincinnati, OH. The position requires the candidate to work onsite from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: In this role, the HR Compliance Analyst works under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. This role consults with senior peers on non-complex projects with goal of continually building knowledge/experience while minimizing any risk. Although this role is responsible for some ancillary or medium-sized product lines, the focus of the HR Compliance Analyst is on learning to apply standards, developing an understanding of the business, and advancing personal professional growth through certifications and tailored goal setting

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the regulatory compliance field
  • Experience in Human Resources working with policies, Audits, and general HR Compliance
  • Knowledgeable in at least one area of compliance such as lending, deposit, privacy, tax, or anti-money laundering regulations
  • Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
