Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join their team and make an immediate impact by supporting their human resources department with various exciting initiatives. As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of driving HR operations, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and more.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in recruitment efforts: post job openings, review resumes and coordinate interviews
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires: conduct orientations and ensure all paperwork is in order
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems
- Offer general administrative support, including managing calendars, answering phones and handling HR-related documentation
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
