Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting an HR Data Analyst to join our HR Business Partner team. This individual will partner with Senior HRBPs in supporting our Global Investor Services lines of business. This individual will help organize and execute initiatives and projects with our internal business clients and across the global HR team. This HR Analyst will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to manage and coordinate all facets of HR, including Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent and Development and Diversity to help the business achieve its goals. This position will help drive for results and utilize metrics that enhance organizational effectiveness, managerial capability, competitive compensation strategies, talent development and succession planning for our client groups. This individual will work alongside the Senior HRBP in support of the Relationship Excellence line of business, which is comprised of front office Relationship Managers, Salespeople and Shared Services Teams and spans locations across the US, Europe and Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and metrics for trends and patterns to help inform business decisions and support talent deliverables and processes. Ensure the analysis presented “tells the story” and sets the context for meaningful discussions and decision making. Prepare reports of data results, present and explain findings.
- Create and deliver management dashboards and ad hoc reporting, ensuring reports are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Design and create templates (presentations, reports, communications) for all cyclical HR processes and initiatives, to ensure consistent and thorough communication of the goal.
- Ownership of Employee Development and Performance Process (“EDP”) for the HRBP team. Overseeing the successful completion of goal setting, the midyear review process, talent rankings and the yearend review process.
- Support the year-end compensation planning process by providing reporting, highlighting issues, and ensuring successful completion. Support Sr. HRBP team with senior leader presentations throughout the process
- Full cycle support of Workday transaction issues, from information gathering to solution identification and resolution.
- Responsible for global team program management, including maintenance of the agenda for Global and US staff meetings.
- Serve as relationship manager between core HR functions, employees and Global HRBP team to ensure coordination and organization across functions.
- Respond to general inquires and coach managers on topics including policies, Workday, processes, and procedures, etc. Ensure all managers are informed on the status of queries, issues, and concerns.
- Work with Senior HRBP and Employee Relations on employee relations issues.
- Collaborate closely with HR analysts and colleagues to create efficiencies across BBH HRBPs and contribute to the effective delivery of global processes.
An ideal candidate has:
- 3 to 4 years of Human Resources or relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and professional communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, including the use of lookups, formulas, pivots tables.
- Competent in using PowerPoint and HRIS systems e.g. Workday.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively identify and raise issues or opportunities.

Salary Range
$80,000 – $90,000
BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
