1. Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance, insights, and recommendations to the executive team on HR-related matters.
  • Foster a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-quality talent.
  • Develop effective onboarding programs to facilitate seamless integration for new hires.
  • Oversee performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development.

3. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal departments to ensure compliance with compensation regulations.

4. Employee Relations:

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
  • Implement and improve employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, fostering a culture of trust and respect.

5. Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies and procedures.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Director or similar leadership role, preferably in a company of similar size $20M.
  • Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proficient in HR software systems and MS Office suite.
