Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually – $95,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is currently seeking a HR Generalist for a Manufacturing group in Delaware. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus in payroll processing and previous experience working with unions. Also needing:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Human Resources certification preferred (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP etc.)
- Previous experience as Generalist
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (union a plus)
- Strong experience with employee relations and leave administration
- Strong payroll experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Workday experience a plus
This is an on-site position and company is actively looking to hire! Targeting $85,000-$95,000 base
