VISION

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture and be a strategic partner to the management team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment :
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve the hiring process.
  • Employee Relations :
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations issues and provide advice and support to resolve concerns.
  • Manage disciplinary processes and handle grievances in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management :
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers on performance reviews and improvement plans.
  • Monitor employee productivity and address underperformance.
  • Compensation & Benefits :
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews, bonuses, and health insurance.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and compensation analysis to remain competitive in the market.
  • HR Policies & Compliance :
  • Ensure the company complies with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Oversee compliance training and audits.
  • Learning & Development :
  • Identify training needs and organize development programs to build employees’ skills and capabilities.
  • Support leadership development initiatives.
  • Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement :
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
  • Plan employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives.
  • HR Systems & Reporting :
  • Oversee HR software systems for data management, payroll, and timekeeping.
  • Generate regular reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism, etc.).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations (local, state, and federal).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS

Main hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.
