We are looking for a Human Resources Associate – Entry Level to join a world class lithium metal anode company.

POSITION
Summary:
The Human Resources Associate’s main role will be recruiting and assisting with the day-to-day operational tasks of the office.
This position will start out as contract-based for 3 months and will be paid hourly.
Job Responsibilities :
Communicate with potential candidates through Indeed, email, or by phone Actively source candidates through websites like LinkedIn Review resumes for open job positions and schedule interviews Create and edit job descriptions Assist with interview and onboarding processes Assist office team members with daily tasks
Qualifications:
Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or other closely related field Must have 0 – 2 years of experience in HR field Must be eager and have a willingness to learn Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written form Must have strong attention to detail Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Benefit Conditions:
