Human Resources Manager

A leading manufacturer in the electronics industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager in the Spartanburg, South Carolina area.

Candidates Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required for this role.
• 5+ years of human resources management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a human resources leader in a manufacturing environment with 300+ employees.
• Demonstrated employee relations, recruitment and benefits experience.
• Working knowledge of US Federal and State employment laws.
• Greenfield, brownfield, and/or new site human resources management experience is a plus for this role.
• PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus for this role, not a requirement.
