What You’ll Do:

• Lead HR Functions: Oversee HR operations for the plant, aligning them with corporate policies.
• Cultural Transformation: Play a key role in addressing cultural challenges and improving employee relations.
• Talent Management: Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to meet the plant’s operational goals.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to labor laws, corporate policies, and safety regulations.
• Travel: 20% to support other plants

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (PHR, SPHR certifications a plus).
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a must to support a diverse workforce.
• Strong skills in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management.
