Plant HR Manager

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dynamic HR Manager for their Rural Hall, NC plant. What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR Functions: Oversee HR operations for the plant, aligning them with corporate policies.
- Cultural Transformation: Play a key role in addressing cultural challenges and improving employee relations.
- Talent Management: Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to meet the plant’s operational goals.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to labor laws, corporate policies, and safety regulations.
- Travel: 20% to support other plants
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (PHR, SPHR certifications a plus).
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a must to support a diverse workforce.
- Strong skills in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management.
