We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join the Suncoast Center community mental health services team. Minimum Qualifications:

Education: bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field required

Licensure:  N/A

Experience:
Five years’ experience working with sensitive confidential information, and work experience supporting a Human Resources department required.
Experience with HRIS system required: preferably ADP/Paycom

Other Requirements:

Must be able to complete a level II background screening and pre-employment drug test in compliance with Florida Law.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to provide official transcripts.
Must be able to work 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour unpaid lunch for a 8 hour/40 hour a week.
Must have 5 years of experience with all day-to-day HR functions within a Behavioral Health Agency
Job Duties:

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Assist with onboarding, background checks, reference screening, FMLA, benefit supports.

Provide clerical and administrative support.

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft/electronic copies)

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.

Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, events, take minutes)

Manage and coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Assist with all recruitment efforts.
