Our client, a fast-growing senior living company with corporate offices in South Carolina, is currently seeking a

Vice President of Human Resources and Training.

This position provides overall management and oversight of the Human Resources and Training departments for Senior Services and their effectiveness and impact on approximately 2,000 current employees and multiple communities. This position is a key contributor to the strategic and operational components of the organization in the current operation as well as future development of the company. It also serves as a business partner to the senior leadership team as the Harmony footprint continues to grow with multiple states of operation.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the Human Resources and Training departments.
Contribute to the strategic and operational components of the organization.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support company growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
10+ years of progressive work experience in a lead HR position.
3+ years of strategic management experience.
Experience in Senior Living is highly desired.
Demonstrated collaborative approach to problem solving and teamwork.
Ability to meet difficult deadlines.
Required background clearance.
