SNI has been engaged by a global architectural and civil engineering organization to fill a Vice President, Head of HR role in their HQ located in Greater Minneapolis reporting to the CHRO. The position itself is focused on Global Change Management – business strategy, building out multi-year HR plans and will play a pivotal role driving the organization forward.
This role offers a lot of flexibility and would entail 2 days from home and 3 days from the office.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive full people operations with the ability to influence Senior Mgmt
- Will manage, focusing on improving operational productivity, capability management, culture and Employee Value Proposition.
- Must have management experience
- Strong executive presence/communication – will be in close communication with executive leadership and clients
- A track record of employee retention and transformation
