Director of HR – Medical Device – King of Prussia – Hybrid
A global medical manufacturing organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading and defining the HR function within a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the HR function aligned to business strategy, growth goals, and regulatory requirements
- Translate company priorities into focused people strategies across hiring, development, and succession
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen accountability, performance, and leadership effectiveness
- Design and implement practical HR processes that support speed while meeting compliance and quality standards
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations
- Support post-acquisition integration and organizational scaling in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and applicable international labor laws, industry regulations, and internal quality systems
- Leverage meaningful HR metrics to improve talent decisions and workforce planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments required
- Proven experience supporting growth through M&A and supporting executive leadership teams
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR systems within regulated industries
