This industry-leading company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide superior expertise surrounding the employee experience from start-to-finish. This position offers broad exposure across core HR functions, with an emphasis on recruiting, onboarding, systems management, and day-to-day employee support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate cross-departmental employee hiring, onboarding, documentation and communication, partnering with hiring managers to move searches forward efficiently.
  • Maintain and administer HR systems, ensuring employee records, reporting, and benefits data are accurate and up to date via hard-copy and data systems.
  • Follow-through on questions regarding benefits, company-specific policies and general inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct performance checks and provide written reports to encourage a positive workplace environment.
  • Support leave administration and ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations.
  • Play a dynamic role in supporting the team, serving as a liaison with internal and external contacts.
  • Consistently audit processes to have the best foot forward and evaluate for further improvement.
