Refers to the HR University website and any related products, tools, or services.
Subscriptions
Means access to the Service offered on a recurring paid basis.

Placing Orders for Goods
By placing an Order, You represent that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

To place an Order, You may be asked to provide payment details, billing information, and contact details.
You represent that:
- You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
- All information You supply is accurate and complete
You authorize Us to share necessary information with payment processors to complete transactions.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders due to:

- Suspected fraud or illegal transactions
We may also cancel any Order if unauthorized activity is suspected.
Your Cancellation Rights

Digital products, templates, and educational materials are generally non-returnable once access is granted, unless required by law.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
You do not have cancellation rights for:
- Digital content once access begins
- Personalized products
- Services already fully performed
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We continually update our offerings. Items may occasionally be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable.
We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of listings and reserve the right to correct errors without notice.
Prices Policy
We may revise prices at any time before accepting an Order.
Prices may change due to taxes, currency changes, or processing costs. In such cases, You may cancel before finalizing the Order.
Payments
Payment is due at purchase unless stated otherwise.

We do not store full payment card details.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and access continues until then.
Billing

Fee Changes

Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Promotions
Promotions may have separate rules.
If Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, Promotion rules apply.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an Account.
You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activity under Your Account.
You agree to notify Us of unauthorized use.
Usernames may not:
- Belong to another party without permission
- Infringe on rights or trademarks
- Be offensive or obscene
We reserve the right to remove or reclaim usernames.
