Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for building high-performing teams? Valuetainment is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief HR Officer to lead our HR department in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
As the Chief HR Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement will be instrumental in driving Valuetainment’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Valuetainment’s business objectives and values.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
- Implement effective onboarding and training programs to support the development of employees.
- Oversee performance management initiatives, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the media sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong understanding of talent management and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
