Human Resource Manager

Our client is a large construction based organization dealing with steel fabrication and erection in the construction industry.

They are looking for Human Resource Manager.

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience as a HR manager or similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Nice-To-Haves

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Handle workplace safety initiatives and procedures to promote a safe working environment.

Experience:

  • Human Resources Manager: 7 years (Preferred)
  • HR manager: 6 years (Preferred)
  • manufacturing environment.: 6 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
  • SHRM-CP (Preferred)
  • PHR (Preferred)
