My client is a high growth, service and manufacturing company looking for its first CHRO to lead the charge in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a collaborative work environment. Your role will be instrumental in optimizing their workforce, enhancing overall organizational efficiency, and road mapping change through their scaling business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the growth and profitability of both manufacturing and service divisions.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees.
  • Guide HRIS and Payroll controls and processes
  • Drive employee engagement programs to boost morale, productivity, and retention across diverse operational units.
  • Create and maintain a robust performance management system that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives.
  • Implement HR analytics and metrics to measure HR effectiveness and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead organizational development efforts, identifying training needs, and implementing learning programs to upskill our workforce.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and foster a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.
  • Establish effective communication channels to keep all employees informed about company developments, policies, and initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling in a fair and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs, anticipate skill gaps, and devise effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
