Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources. In this entry-level role, you will assist with various HR functions, including onboarding, employee record maintenance, payroll support, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing documents, conducting orientations, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time records and data.
- Handle general HR inquiries and assist employees with questions related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations tasks, such as organizing employee recognition programs or resolving minor employee concerns.
- Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Prepare and maintain various HR reports as needed.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in HR, customer service, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
