This person will be fully responsible for supporting the HR department in a variety of responsibilities related to employee recruitment, onboarding and retention.
We’re looking for an individual who is highly detail-oriented and organized, as any errors in these areas can have a major impact on the company’s overall performance.

Responsibilities:
Recruit for permanent and internship positions by using certain licensed databases and attending college career fairs.
Maintain recruiting database.
Assist with phone screens, schedule interviews, reference checks, and offer letters.
Coordinate new hire process.
Prepare new hire packets and welcome new hires to orientation.
Provides administrative/clerical support to the Human Resources department:
reports, correspondence, file maintenance, etc.
Assist employees with HR requests.
Analyze and interpret human resources data through the use of reporting and metrics.
Provide an administrative interface between managers and human resources staff.
Minimum

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience working in Human Resources.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Recruiting preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Must have the ability to listen and understand information presented.
Must be able to maintain Confidentiality.
Valid Driver’s License required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
