Assist in the design of packages to attract, retain, motivate, and reward team members throughout the assigned region.
The HR Data Analyst will be a key contributor to the data management and integrity for the Human Resources Department at Lineage Logistics.
This role will report to the Sr.
Manager of HR but work very closely with our Director of HR with visibility to the VP, Total Rewards and CHRO.
This role will be responsible for data audits, extraction, translation, and analysis to support decision making in the business to help drive our human capital practices forward.

Conduct regular internal audits within the HRIS to validate consistency and accuracy across people data.
Troubleshoot and work with internal teams to resolve gaps in data.
Participate and contribute on special project teams within the HR function and potentially cross-functional initiatives.
Assist in building out consistent architectural framework across functions within HRIS.
Partner with Compensation team and HR Business Partners on key initiatives.
Support workforce analytics with organizational design analysis to identify capability and resource gaps.
Execute ad-hoc data requests by identifying root cause needs and determine when discrete needs should be regular reports or dashboards.
Perform deep-dive analysis to deliver insights to help identify root cause analysis on issues.
Skills &

Bachelor’s degree Human Resources field or equivalent business experience required.
Strong data analysis Entry level role:
internship experience is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills Basic Project Management skills Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft business applications Willingness to travel up to 15% Why Lineage?
