HR Assistant

We are seeking a temporary HR Assistant to support our HR admin team during a period of leave. This fast-paced role requires an individual who is attentive, flexible, and comes with a strong will to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the HR team with entry level duties as required.
  • Ensuring attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Maintaining assessment and tracking of HR activities.
  • Assisting with the interview process.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously and following through on issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Some HR experience would be an advantage, minimum of 6 months is accepted. However, candidates with strong administrative experience and impeccable soft skills may be considered even without HR experience.
  • A detail-oriented individual with the ability to stay on top of situations.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Receptive, fast-learner and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
