We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and assisting employees with HR-related inquiries. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, employee support, and coordination of HR activities. Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a coordinator or assistant capacity.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

salary: $22 – $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references.
  • Prepare and extend offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation schedules, and setting up employee files.
  • Ensure all necessary documents and forms are completed and filed appropriately.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and return of company assets.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job roles, benefits, and payroll data.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns, escalating complex matters to HR management as needed.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and performance metrics.
  • Support audits and ensure accurate record-keeping for HR compliance purposes.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
