Job Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid – 1 day remote, 4 days on-site)
Job Salary: $120K – $165K + 20% Gainsharing Bonus
Requirements: 10+ years in human resources, prior HR leadership experience, recent hands-on experience with employee benefits administration

What You Will Be Doing
As a Human Resource Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and providing guidance and support to the team. You will also be responsible for managing employee relations, developing and implementing policies at the Group level, administering employee benefits and 401K plans, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws.
What You Need for this Position

- 10+ years in human resources
- Prior HR leadership experience
- Recent hands-on experience with employee benefits administration
Nice To Have
- Certifications (CBP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
