Get ready to take your HR career to the next level! We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Generalist to join our thriving manufacturing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence our company culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive HR initiatives that truly make a difference. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of our operations, performing a variety of critical functions, including

  • Serve as a primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both management and staff.
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Manage the full cycle of compensation and benefits administration, including job evaluations, salary surveys, benefits enrollment, and claims resolution.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct HR training and workshops to educate employees on various topics, such as workplace safety, harassment, and diversity.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, culture change programs, and HR systems implementation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, HR policies, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology tools.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
