As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing various human resources functions, ensuring that our client’s workforce remains motivated, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist in resolving employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Collaborate with management to implement and update HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance review processes and provide support in employee evaluations.
• Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

Salary: $62,000-$72,000
