HR Manager

Position:  HR Manager – $90K-$120K – Rockville, MD

Our client, a Science and Technology Corporation located in Rockville, MD, is seeking a temporary-to-hire HR Manager to support their team!

About You:

• 7+ years of relevant HR experience; must have experience with government contracting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Collaborative and flexible with excellent oral/written communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

The Job:

• Administer benefit programs.
• Handle employee relations, compliance, and out-processing/terminations.
• Oversee investigations and guide management in employee disciplinary meetings and terminations.
• Manage filing and the HRIS.
• Lead/support special projects and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop associates.
