Position:HR Manager, Technology – ServiceNow
Job Description:

If so, this role is for you! We are hiring an HR Technology Manager who will be responsible for managing the ServiceNow roadmap for Arrow HR.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create an impactful vision for HR’s use of ServiceNow and communicate strategy to align people, resources and technology. Research of new technology and best practices related to HR Technology. Collaborate closely with IT on their ServiceNow roadmap.
- Provide oversight for the development, implementation and enhancement of HR technology systems while upholding strict data privacy, data integrity and compliance guidelines.
- Lead a high performing global team of system analysts, project managers, change and communication specialists and reporting analysts, including hiring, developing, coaching, training and resource allocation.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Legal and other teams to implement or improve new and existing configuration including business processes.
- Provide support for the bi-annual ServiceNow upgrades, coordinate testing with subject matter experts and ensure delivered functionality performs as expected.
- Collaborate closely with Workday counterparts on the HR Technology team.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
