Position Summary:
The HR Analyst on the HRIS Team is responsible for completing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly audits of SuccessFactors data, ensuring terminations and workflows within SuccessFactors are submitted correctly with appropriate documentation. This role is responsible for ongoing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting requests from the business and complete all audits of payroll files including new hires, pay changes, pay rates, transfers, one-time payments & Terminations. This role will play a critical piece the implementation of SuccessFactors EC Payroll going live Q1 2025 by completing dual data entry, audits of data, and ongoing support for functions related to SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role will gather information and provide analysis of data including averages, trends and overall insights of employee data including hiring, transfers, promotions, & terminations. This role collaborates daily with HRIS Team on troubleshooting system issues, handling employee requests, & data issues/errors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Audits for payroll data including new hires, one-time payments, transfers, pay rates, pay changes & Terminations before submitted to payroll on a weekly basis
- Termination workflows ensuring proper data entry and supporting documentation
- Report requests and ad report requests from the business related to employee data
- Dual entry and payroll testing during the implementation project of SuccessFactors EC Payroll
- Ongoing analysis of employee data to determine trends in hiring, pay changes, terminations, and overall quality of data entry
- Weekly & monthly audits of data to ensure HRIS system & payroll system are aligned appropriate
- Initial troubleshooting of data issues within SuccessFactors and working with HRIS Team to resolve Zendesk tickets
- Communicating to various levels of the organization for system guidance, assistance, and redirecting incorrect system behavior
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, I/O Psychology or related field OR can demonstrate the following with years experience.
- 2+ years working in Human Resource field or areas dealing with sensitive data
- 3+ years’ experience working with HRIS systems & data
- Experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP on prem, or additional HRIS/Payroll Systems
- Experience working with reporting tools such as Cognos, Power Bi, HRIS System reporting tools
- Strong analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel – formulas & pivot charts
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- The work environment is an office, indoors with the ability to sit or stand in front of a computer to work and attend Teams meetings. Expectation to use camera on Teams calls with the HRIS Team
