As a dedicated People & Culture professional, you will play a pivotal role in meeting the needs of various departments at Dream Catcher Plaza.. Your responsibilities as the Human Resources Assistant will include greeting visitors, answering the telephone, directing inquiries, checking in fingerprint appointments and other general office duties.

Your day-to-day as a Human Resources Assistant with us:

  • Welcoming and screening all visitors who enter Dream Catcher Plaza while providing general information.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and forwarding inquiries to appropriate team members of Turning Stone Enterprises.
  • Assisting job applicants with their employment application over the phone or using the Kiosk.
  • Logging and tracking all FedEx and UPS packages. Working closely with Supply Chain/Warehouse department.

To be successful as a Humane Resources Assistant, you’ll need:

  • A desire to serve with outstanding guest service skills.
  • To be detail oriented with strong follow through.
  • The ability to accomplish objectives independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with data collection, reporting and analysis.
  • A self-directed, positive, adaptable and flexible team player is essential.
  • Adherence to a strict confidentiality policy.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends as needed.
