HR Generalist Specializing in On Boarding
Our company is expanding and we need an HR professional to assist us with the hiring and on-boarding of new employee’s (mostly drivers).
I would prefer an HR Generalist certification.
The job would involved:
* collecting applications, ensuring the proper steps are completed in order to be in compliance with the law, and the FMSCA (will train that part).
* Assisting the HR Manager with any other HR related tasks.
This is a great first step opportunity to get involved with all elements of HR and hiring. The employee will have a voice as we grow our company, and an opportunity to develop their skills in HR. We are a people centric company.
Trucking Company knowledge or experience is a plus but not required. Knowledge of BambooHR and or Tenstreet a plus but not required.
Standard work days, Mon-Fri. Standard work hours 8am – 5pm. Great working environment and people.
