Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Vice President of Human Resources.
The qualified candidate will need the following:
- Broad Human Resources background with industrial services environments; including logistics and transportation.
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to-day activities.
- Demonstrated skills in influencing other, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience managing HR in a multi-site industrial environment.
- Understanding of M&A and ideally experience with an organization that has grown through M&A.
- Understanding of operations while managing full P&L to drive strategy.
- Labor relations experience, particularly an understanding of preventive labor.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
- A Proven track record of recruiting and developing top talent with experience around succession planning.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
