Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Vice President of Human Resources.

The qualified candidate will need the following:

  • Broad Human Resources background with industrial services environments; including logistics and transportation.
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to-day activities.
  • Demonstrated skills in influencing other, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience managing HR in a multi-site industrial environment.
  • Understanding of M&A and ideally experience with an organization that has grown through M&A.
  • Understanding of operations while managing full P&L to drive strategy.
  • Labor relations experience, particularly an understanding of preventive labor.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
  • A Proven track record of recruiting and developing top talent with experience around succession planning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
