Summary:

The VP, HR Project Management is responsible for designing and implementing HR projects across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, a deep understand of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, oversee, and execute HR projects relative to employee value proposition, employee experience, and culture.
  • Define initiative scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for HR stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze existing HR and company practices to identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
  • Execute an enhanced employee value proposition.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position is an individual contributor with no direct reports but may provide guidance, leadership, or training to others.

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, and track progress.
  • Strategic thinking abilities and the ability to develop and implement HR project management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience analyzing HR and company practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Knowledge of employee value proposition and employee experience best practices.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration and 15 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Work Complexity:

Problems and issues faced are frequently complex and multi-dimensional, requiring broad-based consideration of variables that impact areas outside of immediate responsibility. Extensively analyzes problems to seek understanding of the underlying issue and root cause of the problem.
