We’re looking for a dedicated Vice President of Human Resources to join our Home Office Team.

The VP of Human Resources will report directly to the Chief Human Resources and Inclusion Officer (CHRIO) and will provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the company’s core HR function and practices.
This role is responsible for setting, planning, and executing best practices in employee relations, human resources compliance, employee engagement and retention, benefits and wellness, recognition programs, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and the overarching management of cross-functional projects led by or participated in by the human resources teams.
This role is a peer to 2-3 Vice-Presidents in the broader HR suite and reports to the Chief Human Resources and Inclusion Officer.

Leads the efforts to create WOW experiences for ALL employees.
Leads and collaborates with stakeholders and peers on all initiatives related to the engagement and retention of the workforce, resulting in improved engagement and retention metrics, and reduced turnover metrics month-over-month.
Leads companywide employee relations activities, ensuring employee relations, business needs, and company culture are in alignment.
Provides oversight to benefits and wellness strategies, helping the team to execute goals on target and on time.
Has a passion for well-being programs, serving companywide as a spokesperson for benefits and wellness programs.
Champions the evolution of recognition programs with a special focus on incorporating the company’s values, mission, and common language into recognition programs while affecting retention metrics.
Provides direction and leadership to the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, serving companywide as a spokesperson for DEIB programs.
Embraces project management practices, offering oversight to the overarching management of projects led by or collaborated on by members of the larger human resources suite.
Provides guidance and leadership to the management of the company’s headquarters facility, with the commitment to improve hospitality and mirror the standards of excellence required of all company facilities.
Provides advice and assistance to the human resources structure of the ancillary company, maintaining ancillary HR teams up to speed on all projects, changes, and improvements made at the parent company level.
Serves as a unifier for the greater human resources organization and a voice of calming reason for the organization at large in all aspects of human resources management.
Serves as mentor to multiple up-and-coming professionals within the direct team and the broader human resources organization, including the ancillary company.
Serves as a business partner capable of designing human resources policies and procedures that support business needs and reinforce the company’s employee-centric value proposition.
Leads day-to-day human resources activities.
Ensures all human resources policies and procedures are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
10 years of core functional human resource experience, with at least 5 years of experience at the Vice-President level for companies or divisions with more than 2,000 dispersed full-time employees (multi-site).
Proven track record of elevating the employee experience in the areas of employee retention/engagement, employee relations, benefits, wellness, DE&I, recognition, and training.
Proven track record of relating to a broad spectrum of the workforce while partnering with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Can-do attitude and hands-on leader with experience in managing change with a positive demeanor.
Superior communication, both oral and written, cooperation, and organizational skills.
Excellent HRIS, MS Office Suite skills required.
Self-starter and problem-solver a strong plus.
